Emma Exchange Circles

Emma Exchange Circles are monthly open-ended conversations focused on professional and career advancement.  These exchange circles give and receive support and wisdom on work-related matters and women in leadership issues. Groups are comprised of women across generations and sectors.

Exchange Circles are only open to alumni of the Emma Fellowship, past participants of Emma Institutes and Emma Advisory Council members.

What is the structure of Emma Exchange Circles:
Emma Exchange Circles comprise 4 - 6 women and encourage members of the group to share their new projects, discuss work-related issues and to explore topics related to women in leadership. Each meeting has a facilitator and a structured framework.

Time Commitment and Meetings:
Emma Exchange Circles run over a 3 to 4 month period with meeting 1 time per month similar to a book club except there is a specified time period. Meetings are held at members homes. A typical meeting last about 1.5 to 2 hours and are usually in the evening but primarily dependent on the choice of the group.
